The Whole Half Podcast is hosted by Anna Nyman, founder of wholly. In this space she shares it all, and holds space for others to do the same. Anna is re-married post Catholic divorce and annulment. As a devoted woman of faith, ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a degree in Exercise Science and Statistics, and a 200hr RYT, she helps women heal their hearts and hone their health. Anna battled an eating disorder from a young age as a lifelong competitive athlete, walked away from an abusive marriage at age 25, and wants nothing more than to help others realize that they are not alone.
