I played on some different equipment this evening and had one of the follow-up talks with the rehab specialist where we see how things are compared to the initial goals and expectations. It seems I'm doing okay and I'm on track. She is encouraging me to exercise more as long as I keep my heart rate below the 125 threshhold. Today was my first day back to work after my heart attack. I was pretty nervous about how it would go, but everything seemed to be fine. I ended the day with cardiac rehab. I have also discovered that I seem to have arrhythmia as well. The doctor ordered a two-week heart monitor test for me, so I'll be wearing one of those in the coming days. I tested my hypothesis about the nausea and medication timing again this morning and it seems to hold true. I still have the nausea, which is constant, but it doesn't get worse if I don't eat right away. No video this morning as I work on the studio layout and try to improve the lighting.
