Hey there, my friends! I'm Rachael… and if you’re new here, hi, hello, welcome, you found me somehow! This is Selfamusic, a mental health podcast where we use music to figure out what we’re feeling… because sometimes our brains are like, “nope not feeling that” when we try to do it on our own. So instead, we let a song emotionally wreck us a little, and then we talk about why. It’s reflective, it’s a little unhinged (in a safe way), and it’s basically just a space where you don’t have to have the right words, you just have to feel something.
