Useless emotions? 15.01.2026

Your body is wired for survival. If it can produce the emotion, it has a use. The issue today is we no longer understand how to interpret that use since we live in mostly safe environments. So don't learn to ignore any emotion. Learn to find the lesson it's teaching and utilize it to improve your life. That doesn't mean you need to show and express it for the world to see, though. It just means to...

Blood in the water 14.01.2026

Not everyone wants you to win. Sharing good news or emotions around the wrong person can lead to a broken relationship. The truth, though, is they showed you they were only there because they felt equal or better than you. So accept the truth and find the circle that cheers for you no matter what!

Fear not trying 13.01.2026

Failing isn't the worst thing. You could always not try and have that lingering in your mind the rest of your life. That sounds horrible 😂 So go out and try the thing. Fear not attempting the thing more than failing. At least you would know and wouldn't have to wonder for the rest of your life 🤷‍♂️

Hire, fire, promote 12.01.2026

You control your circle. Add, subtract, or promote as needed. If they constantly bring negative energy, bye! If they add value, give honest feedback that sometimes stings and push you to be better... promote them immediately!

Young or dumb? 11.01.2026

It's not young and dumb. It's young or dumb. Maybe you don't have the experience because of your age. Yet the knowledge is all around you. Get a mentor. How a coach. Find an advisory group of people who know the subject. Stop using your age as an excuse to be irresponsible. For the older folks, you can learn new things, too. Don't use your age to hide your fear of looking like an amateur.

No more breaks... 10.01.2026

I'm tired of all the excuses. Figure out how to control yourself or stay home. These are skills you can learn, yet you choose not to and hope others will be responsible for your actions. I suggest not trying that with me. I'll tell you the truth, and I'm going to guess you won't like it.

Stop shrinking... 09.01.2026

Maybe it's time to move on. If you have to hold back so others don't get bothered by you, then you're not in the right place. If they can't handle you, tell them to find less and move on.

Stop raising awareness... 08.01.2026

We get it. You're a martyr. Now move on. We don't need another cause. We need more people actually raising their standards and living by them. Be the example. Do the thing yourself of you're that passionate about it. If not, then just be a better person who lives with real, consistent morals and values.

You can, but won't... 07.01.2026

You can, you just won't. That's the reality. Stop making the excuses. Stop lying. Just admit you're afraid of failure and stop talking about your potential. Or, shut up and get to work and prove the doubters wrong.

Excuses for losing? 06.01.2026

It's easy to excuse yourself for not making the attempt. There's so many things going against you, after all. Or is it just your mind? Maybe your outdated or weak issued belief systems that you've never questioned. Either way, try finding reasons to go for it. Give yourself a reason to put the effort into going big. Even if you miss the moon, you'll likely end up amongst the stars.

Decision-making... 05.01.2026

So many people make decisions they haven't thought through. Then when accountability comes rolling in, they are confused. If you don't understand the possible consequences or aren't willing to accept them, then don't make those decisions. If you make the decision and take the action, everything after that is on you to be accountable for.

Not my problem... 04.01.2026

Look, I'm willing to help if you need it, but I'm not dealing with your problems when you're not willing to yourself. Fix yourself or get out of my life. Goodness...

Excellence is a habit 03.01.2026

Excellence is a habit. Now, doing something over and over without intent will still not go very far or be detrimental at times. So there's a bit of a caveat here. That habit needs to be done with intention. All skills that are trainable...

Control your emotions? 02.01.2026

We can't control our emotions. We can control our response to them or possibly the outward representation of them, but not the emotion itself. Instead, accept it's there and be curious. Ask yourself why it showed up, and not just surface level. Then, address the root, not the fruit.

Stress is required 01.01.2026

Stress is required for growth. If you try to limit it or manage it, you will be owned by it. Instead, learn to understand its purpose and understand human nature. We're built to track and destroy one thing at a time with a focus and intensity unmatched in the animal kingdom. Learn to hone that skill and destroy one target at a time. Do that over and over and you will be unstoppable.

Information, not instructions 31.12.2025

Your emotions are information for you to explore yourself, not for the rest of the world to deal with because you can't or won't.

No. That's all. 30.12.2025

No. That's all you need to say. You don't owe an explanation.

Not important? 29.12.2025

This isn't meant to hurt your feelings, but I'm also not that concerned if it does 😂 We want to believe people are talking about us and all the things we've messed up. But you're not that important in their lives. So move past those thoughts and just keep putting effort into building that dream of yours! You've got this!

Backward or Forward? 28.12.2025

What you think is a step backward could easily be a step forward, but you're looking at the wrong thing. I got caught in my feelings during my recent workouts, but quickly realized I was wrong (feelings aren't facts after all 😂). What looked like a step in the wrong direction was real progress. And significant progress at that.

To offend... 27.12.2025

A mentally strong person is offended by your lies. A mentally weak person gets offended by the truth. None of us are perfect. The only way we can improve is by getting honest feedback.

Past vs. Current 26.12.2025

What you've done in the past is nothing but a lesson to pull from. What are you still capable of? What value can you provide? What lessons can you pass on to others? Don't get stuck in the thoughts of what you are no longer able to do. That served a purpose, now you move to the next purpose.

Gratitude is a choice 25.12.2025

Gratitude is a choice. Choose to be thankful for whatever you have. No matter how small. You have food? A roof over your head? A car, even if it's old. Maybe all you have is that breath in your lungs still. Start there if you have to. But choose to be grateful. Hit me up if you need to talk. I'm here for you.

No opinion 24.12.2025

It's the offended Olympics these days, so maybe this can help 😂. You don't have to have an opinion about everything. You can just let some things be just something you heard about. Hope that helps 😁

Master yourself 23.12.2025

We want to pretend we are free, but many are still slaves to their own pleasures. Learn to control yourself.

A series of cover-ups... 22.12.2025

This started with a quote on construction I heard years ago, but it turned into a life lesson for me. We as people should be under constant construction. We should be building finer and finer layers while working on our character, morals, and values. We should build skills and develop as humans to be responsible and reliable. So get to work building that next layer!
