Life goes on 11.07.2026 1:47
No matter what, life goes on. Might as well find a way to enjoy the moments you can rather than focus on the ones you don't enjoy. Accept them for what they are, then let it move through.
Are you willing? 10.07.2026 1:54
If you're not willing to make changes, then people trying to help you grow or heal are actually wasting time. In order to do those things, something has to change.
Strength of mind 09.07.2026 1:37
Even the ancient thinkers knew acting through your emotions was a recipe for disaster.
Change for solutions 08.07.2026 1:28
Running from your problems never solves the problem. At some point you need to address the underlying issue. Maybe a part of the solution is to move on, but that needs to be explored and understood to be part of the solution, not just a bandaid.
Information, not instructions 07.07.2026 0:52
Just because they are really happening doesn't make them accurate or mean they are your instruction manual.
Laugh or cry... 06.07.2026 1:11
You can cry or laugh. Life still happens either way. Might as well enjoy it.
Would you pass the test? 05.07.2026 2:47
The first young man didn't even know he humbled me and reminded me to be a servant leader. Selfishness almost won out, but I got there in the end. Would you?
It's the boring things 04.07.2026 2:07
The most important things are often those boring things you just want to skip over.
Use it or lose it 03.07.2026 1:28
If you want energy, then you need to expend energy first. Your body will learn that it needs to produce it once you show it you are going to either way.
Use the small things 02.07.2026 1:59
These small, insignificant moments are the perfect place to practice your mental skills and emotional regulation.
Staying with problems 01.07.2026 1:34
Stick with building skills and knowledge, and you'll find yourself able to solve more problems.
Standards or preferences... 30.06.2026 1:26
Your standards fall when you're tired? Then they are just preferences for the times you feel like it. That's different.
Be careful what you get good at 29.06.2026 0:29
I like this one. Getting good at the wrong thing can be very detrimental. So be careful and pay attention.
From impossible to your identity 28.06.2026 1:16
Time and intentional effort can take you from the impossible to your daily life. Build the skill of showing up even when it sucks, and you'll go far.
Focus on the next thing 27.06.2026 1:49
When you just look at the totality of your task, it can definitely be overwhelming. So stop looking at the end. What's the next thing you can do to move forward. Do that. Then the next thing. Then the next thing... Eventually the entire thing gets done because you no longer allow your emotions to stop you. And yes, avoiding the issue at hand is an emotional response. Accept it and keep moving.
Be grateful 26.06.2026 1:43
Most of the things we complain about are luxuries. I know it doesn't feel that way, but it's true. When I feel myself starting to complain too much, I remind myself of this. So many people would love to have that as their biggest problem.
Bend, don't break 25.06.2026 2:12
Rules are there for a reason. Yet, they are also in the way of progress, safety, or completion of the mission at times as well. There's times to follow, bend, or break them. As a leader, there's also times you need to bend your style to match the dynamic movement of the situation you're in. All of these are skills that you can learn.
Apologize for access? 24.06.2026 2:10
Personally, I think a true apology doesn't come with words, but actions and change. Sometimes the words are also needed. Just be sure they are followed by change still, otherwise it's just an attempt to restore access.
Choose the day... 23.06.2026 0:56
You don't control outcomes, but you so choose your attitude, effort, and response to things that happen along the way.
Focus on the fundamentals 22.06.2026 1:55
When you get tired, slow things down internally and stay focused and the most basic parts of your task. It will carry you way past where you thought you would fall apart.
Going with the flow 21.06.2026 1:13
When you have things you want to get done, but it doesn't work out as you wanted? Don't waste time being pissed. Move on to the next task and keep the momentum going.
Identity, not habits 20.06.2026 1:37
I'm not immune to these things. I'm willing to reevaluate myself regularly and see where I'm falling short of my own words. This is definitely an area recently. It's not about being perfect. It's about honesty and implementing change as you quickly catch the drifting.
Let's move on... 19.06.2026 0:53
You being offended doesn't mean I have to agree or change my stance. It definitely doesn't make you right, either.
Busy is an excuse 18.06.2026 0:53
Of course you're busy. We all are. Just as much as we want to be. If that thing was actually important to you, however, you would find a way. Just say what you really mean. It's not as important to you as other things on your list.
Not the process! 17.06.2026 2:01
I've done it, too. No shame. It's about awareness and putting skills in place to stop the thoughts that keep you from progress.
