Happy isn't a forever state... 16.06.2026 2:01
People chase being happy like their next high. It's an addiction at this point. Most of life is just neutral. You can be grateful and kind without needing to feel "happy" all the time. It's an emotion that's meant to cycle in and out.
Being well rounded 15.06.2026 1:55
Jack of all, master of none, often times better than a master of one. I read my Bible after I woke up today, then unleashed on my tasks and hobbies. It doesn't take much to build these skills. Just the desire to improve your skillset and the willingness to be bad at it so you can learn to be good at it.
Misunderstood? 14.06.2026 2:23
The things people make up in their head never ceases to amaze me. My ego wants to address these things still, but my logic and history shows it's these comments that only lead to more misunderstanding. Some do want to discuss things, most just want to be right. Learn to spot the difference and talk through things with those that want to find common ground.
Beginnings and endings 13.06.2026 1:36
A rough sleep doesn't need to be the end of your day before it even starts. If you just focus on the things that are going good instead of the thing you can't change, then better things happen throughout the day.
In over my head 12.06.2026 0:37
Well, it's not that it's too difficult. It's just taking way longer than I thought 🤦♂️🤣
Bad beginnings... 11.06.2026 1:54
Just because it didn't go well or starts poorly, doesn't mean it will always end that way. You can learn, grow, and train to work out of those bad beginnings and develop the skill of resilience to overcome obstacles and challenges. It's a choice.
Calm in the storm 10.06.2026 1:33
Weathering a storm is simply finding the calm in the chaos. Stay focused on the parts you control and don't get held up on the smallest of details.
Attitude of gratitude 09.06.2026 1:41
When you show gratitude for the good people in your life, you tend to attract more of them. Gratitude and respect go a long way still.
Calm in the storm 08.06.2026 1:56
My coach beat me up today, and I hugged him and thanked him. He put me in a lot of situations I wasn't comfortable with because they are new to me. But he did it with control and allowed me to fight my way out and learn valuable skills and lessons. Iron sharpens iron, and life lessons are forged in fire. Today I got sharper and learned more about life.
Plans change... 06.06.2026 0:50
When something changes your plans, shift your productivity goals. Things happen. You can either cry about it, or make the most of it.
You wanted it... 06.06.2026 1:24
Be careful what you wish for when you don't understand the price you'll have to pay. But this isn't meant to dissuade you from anything. Quite the opposite in fact. I'm saying to take responsibility and accept the life you're willing to earn.
Interpretation matters 05.06.2026 1:22
It's your choice to see the negative constantly and keep spiraling, or to see the opportunity to learn and move on. One leads to stagnation, the other to growth.
Honesty less profitable? 04.06.2026 2:13
Forgot to mention, I'll take less profit over being a liar every time. But that doesn't mean everyone does. Learn to look past that part and see if the product will actually enhance your life or create bigger problems. Make decisions from a position of confidence and not a position of scarcity.
Morals built different? 02.06.2026 2:21
In my opinion, he got this wrong. I didn't build my morals based on people I dislike. That was never a thought to me. My morals guided me away from those that acted outside my morals and values. Now I can get along with people for certain things that don't have those same morals. But there's limits and full breaks or no-go points for me as well. What are your thoughts?
Your focus matters 01.06.2026 2:01
When you focus on the solution or the way forward rather than the pity of the problem, results follow.
In bad company? 31.05.2026 1:31
You should be capable of being alone or in solitude. You also should be comfortable in a group. That's how we are designed. If one or both are a major issue for you, then you know where to start your work.
It might be you... 30.05.2026 0:59
We often think the problem is someone else when it's really us. It's not a bad thing. It's easier to correct when you're the issue 😂
Want the excuse or the life? 29.05.2026 1:53
There's enough excuses to go around forever. The question will always be, are you willing to put in the work and leave behind the excuses?
Where you put your focus 28.05.2026 2:19
Sure, you need to be aware of and respect your opponents skill and training. That doesn't mean to negate your own. That doesn't mean to focus on that. You also train, have skills, have knowledge, etc. Focus on that and you'll go further.
Discipline is self respect 27.05.2026 1:33
Tell yourself you're worth the effort. Delay that gratification and achieve those gains that have eluded you.
Challenge adversity 26.05.2026 1:31
We grow, learn, and develop by moving through adversity, not running from it. Keep moving and push through the chaos. Be the calm in the storm.
Use it or lose it 25.05.2026 2:29
The less you use things, the more your body and mind will discard them. It's got enough to deal with, so it'll dump the things you don't use to make more room for the things you do. But you can get that back by using it again and relearning the skills.
Hard on yourself or others? 24.05.2026 1:53
If you hold high standards for yourself, then you are doing a disservice to others if you don't hold them to a high standard as well.
Don't fool yourself 23.05.2026 1:41
It's very easy to fool yourself into thinking either you're better or worse than you think. That you're more or less intelligent than you really are. It's just simple conditioning. Your opinion and ideas are graded and decided on by some "authority" who might not believe you. Or maybe you were constantly catered to by someone that didn't want to hurt your feelings. Either way, don't continue the p...
Don't disappoint yourself 22.05.2026 1:28
This doesn't mean you should idolize yourself nor seek the opinion of others. It does mean that you need to be selective and not allow your made up notion of what you think their opinion might be to stop you from even trying.
