You need the struggle 07.03.2026

On the days that feel like the worst, they are often the best in the long run if you have the right mentality. Those are the days you get to practice that skill the most!

Are you willing? 06.03.2026

You can change, but only if you're willing to let go of the version of you that you are now. Accept that part of you is gone. Thank it for its service, then build new habits and behaviors that align with the new version.

All gas, no brake... 05.03.2026

When you go into something with all the motivation and zero skill or ability to adapt, most people stop just as fast. Only extremely resilient people tend to handle those situations well and regroup after there big fail. For the rest, learn to start with purpose, then accelerate at the right time. Discipline and standards to offset the cycling of motivation.

Hearing from the problem... 04.03.2026

Just because you've heard something bad about a person, doesn't make it true. Even if it was at one time, it doesn't mean it still is. Yes, this can work both ways. Let them show you who they are now. And trust that. Good, bad, or indifferent.

Ass whoopin' lessons 😂 03.03.2026

If you don't take it personally, getting beat up on purpose can teach you way more than you think 🤣. The trick is to keep trying to find a way. Pay attention to their movements. Learn from those more advanced than you. Test things out on those with similar levels. Teach and help those lessor skilled.

Never miss your mistakes? 02.03.2026

Some people only want to see what you do wrong because they already painted you as the monster in their story. Stop trying to justify yourself. You don't owe anyone a defense for your existence. Their place in your history doesn't equal a place in your future.

Fire and adversity... 01.03.2026

Who you are in the fire is who you really are in your heart. Do you like that person? If not, go to work and build those character traits up.

It's not hard... 28.02.2026

Most things aren't hard. Your ego is too big to admit you might be wrong, might suck at things, or you lack many life skills. Being uncomfortable with your feelings doesn't mean things are hard. It means you need to put in more work on yourself.

Want to understand? 27.02.2026

This quip isn't meant to let you off the hook to improve your communication abilities. But those who truly want to win with you will help get you to the right path by being curious and reactive. If they are determined to be against you, no matter how perfect you might say it, they will still hear it the wrong way.

Ignorance to choice... 26.02.2026

You can only feign ignorance for so long. Then you just need to admit you just don't care. If not, you're a liar. That's much worse in the end.

Predictable behaviors... 25.02.2026

This is a different way of thinking about your behavior patterns or habits. And the ramble at the end is me hitting a realization while talking and thinking it through, but not wanting to start over with that new knowledge to make it clean 🤷‍♂️😂.

Be overwhelmed... 24.02.2026

Most people fall apart when they are overwhelmed. So find a way to train in a way that gets you there quickly, so you can find a way out. You learn over time how to come out of quicker, and eventually it becomes unnoticeable by outsiders.

You don't need the best... 23.02.2026

We all do it. But it isn't that deep. We use the idea of looking for the best as an excuse not to start. But the reality is, we either aren't good enough for the best right now, can't afford it, or don't have the time to adjust for it. Just get started and reevaluate along the way.

Correction without offense 22.02.2026

Most people say they want to better themselves or that they want unconditional love. But they really want unconditional acceptance of their bad behavior and to stay the same while expecting others to constantly adapt to their inability to deal with life. I'm not the person for you if that's the case. Just a heads up 🤷‍♂️

Public expectation? 20.02.2026

You can't please everyone. Not everyone wants you to lead them, even if they are falling apart and think they know better. If your intent is in the right place, maybe you're just in the wrong place.

Find the good... 19.02.2026

You can constantly look for the bad in your life and be miserable. That's a choice. Or, you can choose to look at the good and be grateful for things and find a way to be happy even in the suck. It's still a choice.

It's difficult but... 18.02.2026

You don't need to lie to yourself to get through something difficult. It's best to admit it'll be hard, but know you'll find a way. That doesn't mean you won't fail, it just means you will come out the other side better than you went in.

Change isn't complicated 17.02.2026

When you let go of the fake anger and fear and accept that you just don't want to admit you were wrong, then change happens quickly. Adjust, fail, reevaluate, and adjust again. It's not hard. You just need to decide.

Hard life and character 16.02.2026

Character is revealed in hard times. That's why people say sports builds character. They don't. Sports can reveal character because it puts you in hardship mentally. That shows you the truth and allows you to build the skills to develop your character.

Contrast matters 15.02.2026

Contrast can be seen as a good thing or a bad thing. But it's neither. You add the weight based on your feelings. The reality is, both sides need to exist to appreciate the one you want. So when things are down, don't forget to look harder for those good things, too.

Get good at losing... 14.02.2026

Lose the excuses and make room for the things that serve your growth.

Fail, evaluate, adjust 13.02.2026

Four days in a row, I failed at nailing this new commute. Yet, each day was cleaner than the last. I kept learning each time and making adjustments. The rebounds to get back on track were faster each day. Tomorrow, I'll nail it! Now I also have a ton of information to overcome future obstacles. Failing isn't the problem. Failing to learn cam be, though.

Change is a blank slate 12.02.2026

Change is an opportunity to try new things and enjoy the failures and successes along the way. Why get frustrated when you can get fascinated?

Taking ownership 11.02.2026

Step up or break down? Which one do you do when things aren't going as planned?

Almost got myself 😂 10.02.2026

A standard is a standard. When you talk yourself out of it once, then once becomes two, two before four, four become your new norm.
