Hey Searcher! Welcome to the Iamstuffed_podcast! I founded Iamstuffed over 3 years ago during my time in college. With the goal to help as many people as possible as a dietitian. I have helped with building muscle, weightgain/lose, cholestrol-,diabetic- and hormone problems and so much more! But my ❤️ is really with people who struggle with their relationship with food, body and their thoughts. I know how hard it can be.
