Many food allergies and sensitivities fall outside of the top 8 allergens. Needless to say, this has many in the food allergy community concerned. As well, the FDA hasn’t exactly been on it when it comes to enforcing gluten free labeling laws. So the enforcement/oversight of these “flexibilities” has me concerned.
