If you’re living in pain and you can’t pinpoint the area. Take a look at your fascia. Maybe you will see that you can’t exercise adhesed fascia. Tongue position is a big deal.

I can’t believe the day that I have had. In 2021 I was being measured for a wheelchair. Now every day, I’m trying to see if I can stay up even longer than the day before.
