Let’s be honest: You already know what to eat. That isn’t the problem. If knowing how to lose weight was the answer, you’d be done by now. Instead, you’re exhausted by the whole song and dance. "I’ll start Monday" turns into eating chips over the sink by Wednesday, and somehow you’re right back where you started—feeling stuck, heavy, and frustrated. I’m Nicole. I’m not here to give you another meal plan. I’m here to have the real conversation about why we’re actually hiding, numbing out, and shrinking back from the life God gave us.
