The After Gambling Podcast
The After Gambling Podcast is a show dedicated to increasing awareness and understanding of problem gambling. As a former compulsive gambler, I experienced the shame and isolation of my addiction on a daily basis. I didn't feel like anyone could understand my problem and that it was up to me to use my willpower to quit gambling. Now, I want to reach out and help others overcome their gambling addiction.

AG 101: An Episode for Parents with Jody Bechtold, LCSW, ICGC-II, BACC, PC 26.10.2023 1:05:30

AG 099: Nature AND Nurture 03.02.2023 26:30
The more we seem to discuss mental health and addiction issues, the higher the numbers seem to go. And I don't think this is a coincidence! For the past 10+ years, I've been studying our current messaging and listening to the stories of those impacted to try to figure out where we are going wrong. Most notably, I've been trying to figure it all out to make sense in my own life. In this episode, I...
AG 098: Building Simple Systems 03.02.2023 12:47
John Gall had a brilliant take on how to build systems. "A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
