I find in a lot of "old school" agents, and specifically men, this belief that in order to do their job correclty they must perceive the other side as the enemy.  Ultimately, the other side is after the same thing, though!  How do we reconcile this? What do you think of the podcast? Many companies like to advertise that their sales agents are paid a salary and NOT by a commission structure, thereby implying that the consumer can expect a better experience. I would argue the opposite is true.  Support the show

What do you think of the podcast? Few things make people's skin crawl like creepy crawly bugs.  Some bugs, however, should be welcome guests. Support the show

Bankruptcy or otherwise hard financial times can cause hopelessness.  Few things leave a person feeling more hopeless than having their home taken from them.  Foreclosure, however, does not have to be the answer.  There may be options to avoid this or even to stay in your home. When will home prices come down?  The law of supply and demand is the core of economic thought, and right now we have a supply problem in real estate.  Prices won't come down until we begin to see more balance between supply and demand.  But what does that look like, and how can it be tracked?
