Welcome to Performance Insights Our infinite purpose is to energise the individual and optimise their performance. We want to give the athlete the framework, the knowledge and tools, so that you can train consistently, recover quicker and perform for longer. The aim of our Performance Insight sessions is to share and discuss information on why we train the way that we train to optimise our performance and to get inspired from high performance guest speakers.
