The Margin Room is a podcast for early-stage DTC founders building from zero to seven figures. These are raw, operator-to-operator conversations about retention, revenue, systems, mistakes, and the real decisions that shape a business long before it looks “successful.” You’ll hear from founders who are a few steps ahead - not nine-figure operators far removed from the early grind.
