Halloween 3: Season of the Witch (1982) 30.10.2026

When is a Halloween movie NOT a Halloween movie? When it's Season of the Witch! Jimmy talks about the black sheep of the franchise that is oddly not even the worst entry. Contains strong language. Next week, we continue with sequels with the first of three in a row from ANOTHER big franchise...

A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: Dream Child (1989) 24.10.2026

Oh boy, it's a boy. We stop our foray in Freddy movies for now with this pile of nonsense. Next week, it's Halloween!!!! The one without Michael Myers!!! Contains strong language and talk of SA.

A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child (1989) 23.10.2026

Oh boy, now we are getting into it. You know, I don't even think anyone even reads these, I could type anything. I could even quote the Simpsons for no reason. "Skinner said the teachers will crack any minute, purple monkey dishwasher." Contains strong language.

Halloween 2 (1981) 16.10.2026

It's October, so of course we have to continue the Halloween franchise! This time round, we revisit the night HE came home as Mikey Myers is alive and well and hunting Laurie for some unknown reason. She's not into you, dude, just leave it, go kill somewhere else. Anyway, this episode contains strong language as usual.

A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: Dream Master (1988) 09.10.2026

We stay in the 1980s this week and in the world of sequels to movies we have covered with Freddy 4: These Movies Are Still Good, Shockingly. Looking through the movies I am covering this season, I have noticed that the first 8 are all sequels. I mean, that was planned but what wasn't planned was the fact that all 8 are from the 1980s. Contains strong language.

Slumber Party Massacre 2 (1987) 02.10.2026

It's season 7! And we hope you like sequels because we're covering 8 this time round. Trying to make up for lost time, I guess. Not really, I have a plan, there's a plan, trust the plan! Anyway, this week, Jimmy is talking about the second in Roger Corman's Feminist Movies With Boobs trilogy. Contains strong language.

Terror in Ten- Chopping Mall (1986) 06.09.2026

It's our season 6 finale and we have covered no sequels, no slashers and no Stephen King movies, wooo! No, this is not a slasher, you hush your mouth! Jimmy talks about Chopping Mall, an odd enjoyable little romp that has one of the best kills in the history of horror. About time I covered one of those, huh? No idea what I am saying, just filling up space. See you all in October! Contains stro...

Killer Klowns From Outer Space (1988) 28.08.2026

So, here we are, at a cult classic. This week, Jimmy talks about the fun but surprisingly dark Killer Klowns From Outer Space. This is a PG-13 rated movie that involves aliens putting people into cotton candy cocoons that dissolve them so they can drink them! All in the guise of a silly B-movie. Next week, we're still in the 80s as we go shopping! Contains strong language.

Night of the Living Dead (1990) 21.08.2026

It's remake time and one of a movie I have actually covered before. I was never going to cover the original The Blob before doing the superior remake, same goes for The Thing if you were to count that as a remake. This time, however, I am covering Tom Savini's interesting redo of his friend's movie. Contains strong language. Next week, it's time to meet some Clowns. With a K...

Ticks (1993) 14.08.2026

Hey, remember Ticks from 1993? Jimmy does! He also fails to mention cast members such as Seth Green, Alfonso Ribeiro, Ami Dolenz and Peter Scolari because naming actors takes too much time, apparently. Contains strong language. Next week, a cult classic from the late 80s...

Prince of Darkness (1987) 07.08.2026

It's John Carpenter time again here on Terror in Ten and one of the most interesting entries in his filmography. An attempted antidote to the abundance of slasher movies of the time. so it's kind of fitting that we cover it on No Slasher/Sequel/Stephen King Season Six. Although, the latter does get a brief mention. Contains strong language.

Screamers (1995) 02.08.2026

Welcome to 2078 or rather, 1995 pretending to be 2078, which is achieved by filming in a desert. Jimmy talks about Screamers this week, a movie he remembers liking when he first saw it on VHS back in the day. Does he still like this movie that wasn't well received at the time but now has a cult following? Or has he belatedly jumped on the "it's a bit rubbish" bandwagon? Contains...

The Evil Dead (1981) 26.07.2026

Yes, we are still in the 80s but come on, it's a classic, right? Sure many people prefer the second movie but there is so much to like here. And one part especially to hate. Contains strong language and trigger warning for talk about SA.

Pulse (1988) 17.07.2026

We stay in the 80s this week, with another little seen horror but one that's better than the movie we covered last week. Slightly different structure this episode too as very little about the background of this movie is available online and what there is, is pretty dull. Next week, who knows? I honestly haven't decided yet. Contains strong language.

Death Ship (1980) 10.07.2026

We stay in the ocean this week with a lesser known early 80s horror, Death Ship starring George Kennedy at the beginning of the horror movie stage of his career. The movie was directed by a guy who really didn't want to be there and I don't blame him. Contains strong language. We'll be out of the water next week, I promise. I can't promise we'll be out of the 80s, however.

Jaws (1975) 03.07.2026

And, we are back with season six, a season of unique movies, no sequels, no slashers AND no Stephen King. Note that I didn't say no remakes, that's because it doesn't begin with "s" but also because there MAY be one this season. So not as unique as one would hope but all will be explained. If I remember. Contains strong language.

Psycho (1960) 15.05.2026

It's our season 5 finale and what better way to celebrate than to cover a movie I probably should have kept until episode 100? We'll be back in July with another movie that could have been kept until the 100th but is set around July 4th, hence its inclusion then. Season 6 will have no slashers and no sequels! See you then. Contains strong language.

Blade (1998) 08.05.2026

Yes, it's a Marvel comic book movie but luckily it's also a horror-action movie. Next week's season finale sees Jimmy tackle an absolute classic. Contains strong language.

Graduation Day (1981) 01.05.2026

Last week, we had Prom so now it's time for graduation! Jimmy never really graduated from high school, he just sort of left, it's slightly different in the UK. Anyway, Jimmy dislikes this movie and gives his reasons why, so enjoy! Next week, there's something about mothers ice skating uphill? Contains strong language.

Prom Night (1980) 24.04.2026

It is Prom season, so why not complete our journey into 1980 Jamie Lee Curtis movies with Prom Night! It also happens to be nearing graduation time and next week's movie will reflect that. Contains strong language.

Damien: Omen II 17.04.2026

This week, we cover the continuing adventures of young Damien who just so happens to be the son of the devil. Puberty is a beast, am I right? Next week, we celebrate Prom season, something our host never did in high school. Contains strong language.

Christine (1983) 10.04.2026

Hey, it's Carpenter time again and also our obligatory Stephen King episode! I wonder if I can go a season without covering either? Probably not although, I did not cover Carpenter in any season 1 episode. And this season, I've covered two, so they're even! Next week a sequel by neither Carpenter nor King. Contains strong language and adult themes, this movie is kind of misogynistic in...

Urban Legends: Final Cut (2000) 03.04.2026

It's sequel time again and I wish I could say it's the last one this season. At least it is the second movie in its franchise this time, rather than the third like the last few episodes. Hey, March it is the third month and we were trying to be cute and/or funny. This episode negates all that, though. Next week, watch out, that car is on fire! Contains strong language and adult themes.

A Nightmare on Elm Street 3- Dream Warriors (1987) 27.03.2026

Our trilogy of Part 3's concludes with the return of Freddy, Nancy and Nancy's dad. Next week, we jump back into the world of Stephen King AND John Carpenter. . Contains strong language and themes of SA and suicide.

Scream 3 (2000) 20.03.2026

Since there is another Scream movie out now, Jimmy has decided to go against what he said previously and cover his least favourite movie of the entire franchise. Beware, he isn't gentle. Contains strong language and adult themes including SA.
