What part can you solve? 26.10.2026 1:51
I like how this doesn't require you to scale anything, but to look for the part you have influence over and to move on from the rest.
Walking in circles 25.10.2026 1:48
No matter what you decide, you can make it right. But make a decision first, then move with purpose.
Learn definitions... 24.10.2026 2:22
People like to use words they don't know the definition for then expect everyone around them to do as they say. Well, your also not perfect, so I'll skip the idea of telling you all your feelings are valid. Thanks for playing the game 🤷♂️😂
Just a little more... 22.10.2026 1:55
Just like anything, mental tools can be used for progress or a trap.
Be the thermostat 22.10.2026 1:01
If the emotions of others dictates your emotions, they are in control of you.
Protecting yourself from meaning... 20.10.2026 1:38
Something meaningful will always come with risk of pain along the way. It's inevitable. Trying to avoid it will only ensure you stay sad and lonely.
Make different choices 20.10.2026 1:40
Becoming a better version of yourself requires different choices. Of course they won't be comfortable. That's the point.
Actions have consequences 19.10.2026 1:59
Your lack of understanding the consequences of your decisions doesn't negate your responsibility for the results. For me, I don't allow myself to be mad either when the decisions I make lead to results I didn't want. The decision was mine in the first place, so the result is mine too own as a reality.
That was dumb... 18.10.2026 1:57
You can be intelligent yet make stupid decisions. Calling out the decision can help you move forward fast. If you call yourself that thing though, you could easily start holding yourself back when you start to believe you are that thing.
Is it worth your life? 16.10.2026 2:01
There are few things in this world I care enough about to put myself or others in this much danger. Learn to control your reactions. Not every slight or stupid move needs to become a fight.
Excellence is brutal up close 15.10.2026 1:42
Watching excellence in practice is beautiful for sure. But do you have the balls to go through the requirements to get there?
Train in discomfort 14.10.2026 2:00
You must train in conditions that can mimic the real thing. For me that's have a restriction on breathing and added weight to mimic pushing through when everything feels heavy at the end. For you, it might be something very different, but you can find a way to mimic it all the same.
To win you must lose 13.10.2026 0:36
To win, you need to lose all the behaviors and thoughts that are holding you back. That is all 🤝
Character observed 13.10.2026 2:08
Character is revealed when you think nobody is watching. Well, nobody you find important at the time anyway. But if you need someone important to you to be watching, it's not character, it's a costume for your performance.
Focus on what you want 12.10.2026 1:57
When you focus on the misery, you'll certainly find it. Change your focus to what you want and your decisions will follow.
Accept the complement 11.10.2026 1:54
Most people suck at being complemented. It's not humble to be rude. That person took the time to notice you. Accept their observations with a thank you, then move on.
You've already overcome your past 10.10.2026 0:52
Your past doesn't need to be overcome. You did that when it happened. You just need to accept that it happened, learn the lesson, and stop allowing it to dominate your thoughts.
Go together 09.10.2026 2:19
The quote in here I actually liked best was the one about making the decision right. Because no matter what, once you go down a path you can't undo it. So second guessing and what if-ing the decision that was not chosen won't change the outcome anyway.
Why can't he just give up? 😂 08.10.2026 1:57
The devil will try you, but God is stronger 👏
Are you willing to lose yourself? 07.10.2026 1:59
Care more about being right with yourself and God than fitting in with a crowd going nowhere.
The distracted mind 05.10.2026 2:08
I learned this again today, lol. I was just going to do a little longer run than normal before my workout. But I got distracted playing solitaire while running and ended at 30 minutes and a completed 5k 😂. I was breathing easier than I was halfway through with the same pace, simply because my brain forgot it was supposed to be lying about being tired 🤷♂️😂
You're lying to yourself... 05.10.2026 1:48
Yeah, you might be tired, especially in thought. That doesn't mean it's accurate. You have more in you than you think. If you stop believing that lie you tell yourself, who knows how far you can go...
Handle hard better 04.10.2026 1:27
When you're pushing limits, it's not supposed to be easy. If that's what you're waiting for, you'll never get there. Learn to mentally handle hard moments better and you'll keep advancing.
You are not your diagnosis 02.10.2026 1:46
Just because it's real doesn't mean it's valid and accurate. And it definitely isn't your personality.
It's not that bad 01.10.2026 1:48
When things don't go as planned, that's the time to be calm and figure out a solution. Not the time to freak out and create bigger problems. Plus, it gives you the chance to be the break in the chaos for someone else.
