A person can and will only do to you what you allow them to. Stop showing up to only be taken advantage of. Take your power back! Your change starts with you! You have the natural inner strength to make the change! Let's Go! Knowledge is power!

Learn how to face your trauma. Give the emotion a name. Write the name down and address it with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Stop ignoring the feeling and suppressing it like it's not real. It's only going to pour over into other areas of your life, possibly causing you to have or cause toxic relationships or even accept toxicity in your life.

Narcissist can show you what seems like love, compassion, reciprocity & the like. Unfortunately, it's not the same love and affection, compassion and more that comes from a non narc. It is a mask, that will eventually slip off. If you have to ask the question, there's your answer!

Love doesn't hurt, devalue, or break you. Don't get love mixed up with lust or a trauma bond. Understand the difference in a relationship.

A Narcissist doesn't look at their target as a person. You're just an object/supply. Their mission is to suck the life out of you and break you, by love bombing, devaluing, and discarding you, and then hoover you back in to start the toxic process all over again! You have the inner strength to take your power back!

If you want to stay in front of a narcissist and beat them at their own game, you must Grey Rock them! In order to protect yourself, your peace and sanity, you have to STOP voluntarily giving up information about yourself, your goals and future plans. The narcissist will always use it against you!

A narcissist mission is to push your buttons to get a reaction and hope that you will suffer from it should you respond to them. Protect yourself, your peace and your freedom!
