Being involved with a #narcissist is very toxic. Projecting is one of their many character traits. It's all manipulation. Don't feed into it. Don't get caught up in their web of confusion. They're extremely judgemental and want to change your narrative every chance they get! Stay true to who you are. You got this!

Narcissists are master manipulators. They want you to feel bad about yourself. They are afraid of your strengths and confidence. It is their mission to torture you. Don't fall for it! Get as far away from them as possible, if you can. If you can't, plan to lose your identity, aspirations and dreams!

Forgiveness is not accepting emotional or physical abuse from a narcissist or any toxic person. It's not making excuses for bad behavior towards you. Learn to let go and let God and Love from a distance!

All therapists and psychologists are not created equal. Trust and follow your gut. If you don’t feel comfortable and your reality is questioned, you might want to see someone else. Don’t hold your breath waiting for a person with narcissistic traits to make an appointment to address their issues with #NPD traits! It’s much easier for them to manipulate, gaslight and shift blame.

#Narcissists are self centered miserable people. They will project their insecurities onto you. Just because they don’t value you, doesn’t mean you’re not valuable. Keep your power by ignoring them. Stay true to yourself and know your worth. Don’t let anyone tell you differently! You got this!

When you aim high, the narcissist stay low. They’re always hitting below the belt. They just don’t stop. It will feel like a gut punch every time. The longer you stay, the worse you’re going to feel. Retrieve your power by gaining as much knowledge as you can about the personality disorder to understand exactly what you’re dealing with.

Look at the pattern of the #narcissist in your life. Do you feel supported, liked, loved & respected? Is she or he kind to you? Pay attention to what they're doing opposed to what they say. Talk is cheap. Even though some of them will blatantly tell you they don't like you. Believe them the first time. Actions speak louder than words. You don't have to guess. The writing is all over the wall.
