Hello! We are Enoch, Isaac, and Austin! We are currently going to school to become Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists in the state of Utah. This podcast is about everything we have learned and are learning through our education and through our own research. Our goal is to provide evidence-based insights and tools to help our listeners live meaningful and fulfilling lives through the world of therapy.
