This is a space where we talk about personal growth & development. We sometimes talk about hard things but we always talk about human things. We are here to breakdown, breakaway, & breakthrough emotional trauma so we can stop overthinking, get unstuck, & improve relationships. Lilli is a speaker, healer, author & coach based in Phoenix, Arizona with clients all over the world. Her biggest challenge came when her past trauma & abuse met her in real life & her crowning personal moment came when she overcame suicide, addictions, & soul-crushing behaviors to have the life she was made for.
