The Edge of the Sticker

Health EN ↓ 51 episodes

You know that feeling when you’re trying to peel off a sticker? You can’t just grab it from the middle and pull. No, you have to get your fingernail underneath an edge but once you have it, you can gently remove it. This podcast is about getting an edge on the emotional issues all of us face. It’s casual, a little funny and filled with good advice that comes mostly from Brad Frank, a psychologist in Houston, but sometimes from Bobby Frank, a musician and writer in Nashville.
