I've created this podcast to help those who wonder what it's like to teach Yoga (as well as those who already do!) to trust their path, trust themselves and embrace their uniqueness, to create freedom for themselves and others. Sometimes I'll speak to other yoga teachers who are already doing this, some weeks will be me sharing things I notice people wondering about or struggling with, as a Yoga Teacher, mentor and mother.
