This podcast is dedicated to anyone who has or knows someone with Ulcerative Colitis or any other IBD issue. Each episode, I will go over a topic that will shed some light on my health and things that are beneficial to my gut and overall health. This podcast will be my journey with Ulcerative Colitis. I will go over my struggles, wins, foods, and so much more so that you have someone else to share your experience with. Sometimes it can be difficult for other people to really understand what you are dealing with and how it is affecting you on a daily basis. I hope you will enjoy this journey.
