Speaking with Gravity is a bi-weekly mental health and culture podcast created to break stigma and open doors to healing in the Black community. Hosted by mental health professionals and real people living real life, we have honest, down-to-earth conversations about what we’re carrying and how to cope with stress, anxiety, trauma, identity, relationships, grief, purpose, and more. Our mission is simple: spark conversations that help you think, feel, and do what’s best for you, because everything affects everything. This podcast is educational and inspirational. It does not replace therapy.
