On this week's episode, we are focusing on all things cancer prevention! Our guest is Helene Carrielies, Oncology Speciality Clinical Educator. We have talked about prevention briefly in other episodes but this episode focuses more on what small changes we can make to reduce our risk of cancer. How time flies, we started delivering the C Aware programme in March 2024, after our official launch in the fish quay market, and we have been here over a year now!
