WWE's loss is CrossFit's gain when it comes to Erica Folo. She has gained a lot of attention after last season how will she use that momentum as she moves into the 2025 season?

One of the most impressive and hard working athletes in the CrossFit space is joining me on the show. What has Colten Mertens got planned for the 2025 season?

On this episode of Plate Stack Chat we have returning guest Nicki Torreggiani fresh from competing at Wodapalooza in Miami. It looked like some people had very low expectations for Nicki going into the event, was she able to beat the odds? We might also hear about some of the other drama that came about during her trip and as always we are taking questions from the chat.

You might have seen her at Rogue, Dubai or the Semi Finals. What do get when you cross Chicago with the Philippines the answer a fantastic athlete called Dana Paran. 2024 was a good year and how is she building on that in 2025.

Together that make a pretty formidable team in the world of fitness. They will shortly be heading off to Wodapalooza but had a little time to join me for a chat before they go.
