Why was that first call for help so tough to make? Why was the telephone feeling like it weighed 1000 pounds? Once the trauma was resolved...then what?  What do I do with the new me?

1.  After years of battling, VAC eventually agreed that yes...yes his injury was service related.  2.  Then, because of the massive delay caused by VAC's reluctance to accept responsibility, ...by the time they took responsibility, it was too late.  His injury was too long ago.  Harvey continues to suffer without supports from VAC.  We must do better.
