One Small Action
One small action is literally my life’s creed. It is embodied in every coaching lesson, life lesson, or accomplishment I’ve ever studied or been part of. This hit me while on a walk with a friend and I decided it had to be the name of my podcast moving forward. I’m excited to share stories, interviews, and life happenings that all came from one small action.
