MY BLUEPRINT: Struggle Towards Emotional Sobriety

As I was about to post this episode, I realize I made a mistake.  In this episode I talk about Grief.  The G stands for Go, the I stands for Inside, the E stands for Exhale, and the F stands for Faith.  However, I realize I left out what the R stands for.  So, the R stands for Right.

My brother and I just returned from volunteering for three days at the WGC-Fed-Ex St. Jude Invitational in Memphis, TN.  While I have so much to share about my experience, this episode is about the service and hospitality of the people of Memphis.

Once in awhile I will binge watch something on Netflix.  Over the last month or so, I have started to watch Grey's Anatomy.  I was surprised by a messages that I received after watching an episode from Season 3. 

Not exactly the experience I was hoping for today, but glad I participated.

Well, I successfully made it through Day 1 of the tournament.  Listen in and see what happened.

Have you ever heard of Control Anonymous (CA)?  My guess is you have not.  The reason why is because CA is not a real 12 Step Fellowship.  However, I believe we should only have one 12 Steps Anonymous program.  Listen in as I share my viewpoint on this topic.
