Ohhhhh I know it's hard sometimes but it is crucial. The good lord gave us vocals to speak up. Of course there is a time and place. But here we go with 5 reasons to USE YOUR VOICE! If I can inspire one person to speak up and know that they are WORTH IT, my job is done here.

We all need to turn around our mindset. Not everyone is going to agree with me and I'm ok with that...But what matters is that I'm using my voice and speaking up. I want that for you too! Sometimes we use these typical phrases when in conversation with friends or co-workers, business.....We need to stop using them as a filler. Instead I will give you a different phrase that sounds more confident. You can say something dumb BUT sound confident and it works. Really paying attention to your words...Also I will share with you the MOST ANNOYING PHRASE EVERRRRRRR!

VIEWER DISCRETION IS ADVISED! We've all been there...We have seen that RUDE customer! During this time and every time please stop acting like a complete asshole. My special guest has been in customer service for a long time and has seen everything. DON'T BE THAT CUSTOMER! Here are some of her examples on rudeness and what NOT TO DO! 

Bad language ALERT! With the world we are living in today everyone is on edge. Just be nice if you're going to go in and shop in a store. Today we have a Manager and lead cashier working in customer service...The stories she has told me are absolutely crazy! Don't be that annoying customer. Show some respect. WE DEFINITELY NEED A PART TWO! COMING SOON!

This may be an unpopular opinion but there is stuff in this episode that you probably won't agree with and that's okay. That's why it's so important to use your voice and speak your truth because those people will always align with you and be your friend forever. Speak up! Use your voice! Be proud of where you're going and who you're doing it with! Life is too damn short to be kept in a little tin...
