Men's Mental Health Show
An Australian production, The Men’s Mental Health Show is live on Radio Blue Mountains 89.1FM every Tuesday from 11am to 12pm. Host Reuben Elstub and co-host Pat Blacker are joined by guests who have an interest in mental health, either personally or professionally. Each week we discuss an array of topics that help men understand their thoughts and emotions, and to recognise that being vulnerable is not a sign of weakness, but rather a sign of courage, strength and bravery.
