Jessica is a Counselling Psychologist and qualified Yoga Therapist. She has primarily been working with children, adolescents and their families for 10 years. This podcast has been designed share some of Jessica's favourite exercises for managing distressing feelings, promoting relaxation within the body and mind, and improving interoceptive awareness. The relaxations and meditations are designed to share with your family and are suited for an array of age groups.
