Medicine Ball Is a Podcast dedicated to the idea of “Exercising Your Mind”. By actively thinking about and dealing with ALL situations by FIRST seeking to do anything other than what you are normally “programmed” and/or comfortable doing. I discuss life hacks, strategic thinking, and habit loops AND MORE. I was diagnosed with Bi-Polar Disorder and Anxiety in 2008, and show how I was able to overcome and currently deal with these diagnoses. . Whether you're facing work stress, relationship challenges, or just feeling overwhelmed, we'll offer tips and techniques to bring more peace. 💪🏾🧠💪🏾
