Host Lianna Nielsen, former actress/comedian turned certified Integrative Nutrition Health coach, found her way to coaching after spending her 20’s getting sick then learned how to heal herself from an autoimmune condition, depression, anxiety, and an eating disorder. Combining both traditional and alternative methods, Lianna found healing through a deeper mind/body connection. And now she's so excited to share what she's discovered with you. Here she'll chat with friends, experts, and clients on how they “love through” their biggest challenges to build lives and bodies they love.
