Live Light with Fritz is a meditation journey for a Life Well-Lived. In a world so busy and distracted, meditation is the ultimate luxury. It introduces us to stillness, and we better understand ourselves and the world. Problems can dissolve, healing can happen, and we feel alive again. We explore topics such as rest, sleep, relationships, love, work, conflict, and even physical and mental health and fitness. Each meditation is short and guided.
