I Lost My Best Friend
A highly personal podcast, structured almost like a diary, about coping with the heartbreak and depression from losing my best friend. I’ll post a new episode at suitable moments, sharing how things are going for me and what’s happened since last episode. There will be visits to doctors, psychiatrists, dating sites, online gaming, how to handle everyday tasks, how to heal, the do’s and don’t of coping with depression... And hopefully, at the end of the series I again have a best friend - and life as I want it can be restored.
