It has been a few weeks in the waiting but we finally got the time to sit down and talk about technology. It has shaped the world around us for a long time now but what would we do without it? Put the kettle on, have a brew, sit down and Get Involved with our conversation about Technology!

We went all grown up with this episode! Our guest was Una Curran a wellness and minfulness coach from our very own village of Ratoath. In Season 2 Episode 2 we got to talk to a true VW Enthusiast - Darren O'Brien. We had wanted to talk to Darren a while back but the stars never alligned for us that time. So this was our second bite at the cherry and boy didn't we learn a lot. I'll not give any of the facts away here - you have to listen for yourself to hear that.
