What started out as a very light hearted episode very quickly got serious! Today we spoke in a very candid way about Michael's struggles with his mental health. Karen relocated from Dublin to Sligo primarily for her son but has found the pace fo life over there also perfect for her blooming business too. Take a listen as Karen tells us all.

We really did learn a lot from the conversation and we would for sure like to have Ronan back in the delve more into the topic as we learn more through our journey on the podcast.

We were delighted to welcome an old school mate to have a serious conversation about his struggle with cancer. It was certainly an interesting conversation and his outlook was certainly positive. Please do take a listen.

As Wes so rightly stated at the start of this Episode - we are in he double digits now!!! He'll eventually catch up with the rest of us. We talk about a little bit of everything in Episode 30. We touch on sport, training for sport and our little take on sports psychology. I don't know if any team will be beating our door down to get us on their coaching staff :-)

We get to discuss the finer points of body image. Whether it's the way we look or how the way we looks makes us feel. Michael shares his feelings about one of the things he dislikes about his appearance. We both agree that we mentally feel a lot younger than we actually look but that over time our bodies are starting to dictate what we can and can't do, something we both don't really like!

This episode we took the opportunity to think back over the past 25 episodes and talk about what we have learned. It was an enjoyable episode from our side as we have really learned a lot about different things. We hope that you enjoy it too?

We recorded this episode while on our trip to the mountains. We took the families to Laragh and Glendalough for a few days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday city life. Little or no internet access and plenty of time to be outside in the fresh air. This episode we got to talk to Se O Hanlon - my father in law and former 4 times winner of the RAS cycle race back in the 60's.
