Welcome to the Free to Suffer podcast with Martin and Ricardo. Ever wonder why we're compelled to avoid suffering? In this podcast we'll address the stigma of negative feelings and try to help everyone improve their well-being by learning to accept suffering and to get good at feeling. Ricardo is a retired mental-health counsellor, student of Rupert Spira and other teachers of awareness, and non-violent man of action. Martin is a lifelong martial-artist, former cancer health researcher, dedicated to education and helping people to be their best. We're glad to have you with us!
