Reanna Freeman joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and previewed the first round of games in the Western Eyre Netball Association. Wirrulla, the reigning premiers, will have an extended off-season with the first round bye, while Ceduna take on Thevenard and the Hawks take on the Western United Tigers.

Aimee Riley has officially replaced Carla Fletcher as Flow FM's new Hume Netball guru for season 2024 and Riley made her debut on this week's Flow Friday Sports Show.  Riley hinted that the 2024 season could be the least predictable ever seen in the Riverina after a crazy silly season of player movements which has seen some clubs completely decimated of their entire rosters, such as Culcairn.

Secretary of new club, Southern Mallee Thunder, Amanda Marshman debuted on the Flow Friday Sports Show this week to discuss the new merger and player movements in Wimmera netball in 2024.  The Southern Mallee Giants and Jeparit-Rainbow Storm merged in late 2023 to establish the new club. 

Caitlin Vine returned to Flow FM to preview the 2024 Sunraysia Netball season with the Ouyen United Kangas looking to make amends for their stop-start campaign in 2023.  Vine takes the gig back off her good mate and President of the club, Julia Woodall, who provided excellent radio coverage last year whilst filling in.

Sally Bywater joined the Flow Friday Sports Show to preview the round 1 action in the KNT Netball Association. Sally analysed all five of this weekend's games, and she also shared details of Padthaway's return to A Grade, and Penola's pending exit ahead of next season. 

Alex Stratford of Tumby Bay joined the Flow Friday Sports Show to preview the heavily anticipated first round of action in the Great Flinders Netball Association. Alex's side take on United Yeelanna, while Eyre United host Lock and the back-to-back reigning premier Elliston Roosters travel to play Cummins Kapinnie as they get their premiership defence underway. 

Michael Aish joined the Flow Sports Hour to discuss The Aish Football Academy ahead of his upcoming junior clinics in the Clare Valley. Michael also shared his thoughts on AFL Gather Round, seeing AFL games played at Norwood Oval, and the possibility of the Norwood Redlegs joining the AFL.

GGGM Lions President Jason Hamblin joined Flow Sports to preview 'The Ashes' pre-season rivalry game. GGGM Lions players will represent their town of origin, or be drafted and pledge their allegiances to either the Magpies or the Maroons. Jason had all the details. 

Lynn Spurling joined Flow Sports and previewed next month's Copper Coast SA Masters Games. Lynn explained some of the events which will be headlining the games, how the Copper Coast found themselves hosting The Games for the third time in four years, and much more.  

Sally Bywater joined Flow Sports and wrapped up the season in Bordertown and Districts Basketball. With basketball season in the rearview mirror, Sally also provided an early look ahead to the KNT Netball Association season. 

Sarah McMillan joined the Flow Friday Sports Show to preview Grand Final Day in the Gawler and Districts Softball Association. Sarah also reviewed last weekend's preliminary finals, which featured four spectacular games in the senior grades and a couple of major surprises. 

Bruce Phillips delivered his final Speedway report for the 2023/24 season on the Flow Friday Sports Show. Phillips also discussed next week's Easter weekend action on tonight's show. 

Paul Dean previewed the Ouyen Lawn Tennis Club's night of nights on the Flow Friday Sports Show this week.  Kulwin will face Torrita in the final tonight under the lights at the courts in Ouyen. 

Dom Leach lifted the lid on the Ouyen Rams' spectacular run to yet another big dance on the Flow Friday Sports Show.  The Rams will do battle with local rivals Tempy Tigers in a replay of last year's Grand Final showdown in Red Cliffs Cricket.

Kookaburras star Tom Wickham joined flow sports and shared his excitement following the announcement that the Kookaburras and Hockeyroos will be playing a series on home soil next month as part of Olympic preparations. Tom also spoke about playing his junior hockey in Waikerie, the importance of country sport, his own Olympic preparations, and more.

It's all systems go in Ouyen as the Rams rev up for finals time in Red Cliffs Cricket this weekend.  Dom Leach joined the Flow Friday Sports Show line-up to look ahead to this weekend's action and to review last weekend's efforts of the B-Grade side; both A and B-Grade teams have qualified for finals.

Egan Regnier reviewed the Southern Ports Tennis Association season after a big week of celebrations after his Robe Rebels team took out the Division 3 title.  Regnier also addressed the Southern Ports Tennis Association open forum night held earlier this week, which seeks to consult stakeholders, receive feedback and gather solutions on how to improve the product for the 2024/25 season. 

Bruce Phillips wrapped up huge weekend of Sprintcar meetings in Australia on the Flow Friday Sports Show. Phillips also previewed the upcoming weekend of racing action with just a few weeks remaining until the penultimate round of Sprintcar action takes place for the season. 

Steve Bennett joined Flow Sports and recapped Grand Final Day in Cricket Albury-Wodonga's Hume branch. Four brilliant games were played on the day, and three came right down to the death, including Walla Walla securing a narrow win over Osborne in the firsts.

Judd Plaisted joined Flow Sports along with his stepdad Chris Collins following his first MiniGP win in his first start of the year and discussed the race, as well as his goals for the rest of the year, his upcoming races, his new personalized merch, and more. 

Paul Dean reviewed the Rohan Gregg Memorial Tournament on the Flow Friday Sports Show this week after stifling weather almost threatened a potential cancellation of the annual Labour Day event. This week, the tennis action resumes in Ouyen after the pause of the Ouyen Lawn Tennis Club's playoffs. 

Brenton Colmer joined Flow Sports and shared details of how dirt kart tracks around Australia managed to navigate last weekend's heat wave for their race days. Brenton also previewed the action around Australia going into this weekend. 

Rick Clancy joined Dan Crouch on Flow Sports and shared details of an exciting upcoming podcast which will immortalize the memories of the Pleasant Hills Football Club. The club folded in 1955, but two former players - now in their 90s - will record their memories and stories for future generations to enjoy the sporting history of the village. 

Gawler and Districts Softball Association President Sarah McMillan joined Flow Sports and previewed the first week of finals, following its cancellation due to hot weather. Sarah explained the revised finals format after the originally scheduled first week of finals was forced to be canceled.
