Alex also discussed Tumby Bay's statement win in the prelim final, and shared who will be contesting all of the grand finals which will be played at Ungarra.

Pat Brown joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped a big grand final day in the River Murray Netball Association, which was headlined by the Mallee Storm defeating the Southern Suns for the A Grade premiership.

Loz Lowerson, Werrimull Football Netball Club's star performer, discussed the undefeated 2024 season on Flow FM on the Flow Friday Sports Show. Lowerson talked about her personal involvement in the season and whether she would still consider an AFLW career after her unrivalled hall of medals and achievements.

Sarah Evans joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped the Hawks' sensational upset win over the Western United Tigers in the A Grade grand final of the Western Eyre Netball Association, as the Tigers fell at the final hurdle of a previously perfect season.

Alex Stratford joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped a stunning upset win by Elliston Districts to punch their ticket to the Great Flinders Netball Association grand final. Elliston handed Tumby Bay their first loss of the season, who will now face Cummins Kapinnie in the prelim.
