Chris Graetz described a finals thriller from last weekend in Wimmera footy as 'the best in a decade' on tonight's Flow Friday Sports Show.  The Wimmera Mallee News' sports journalist also previewed this weekend's finals clashes on the show.

Caitlin Vine's Ouyen Kangas are psyched for showdown with Mildura in preliminary final this weekend, according to their veteran star. Unfortunately for the Kangas, it wasn't to be for the B-Grade outfit who went down by a solitary goal last weekend - Caitlin Vine also unpacked the other results in Sunraysia netball. 

Aimee Riley pumped for Hume netball's clash of the giants as Jindera and Osborne meet in the A-Grade finals this weekend. Riley discussed how both sides are likely to approach the contest as well as reviewing all of last week's finals action across all grades. 

Kylie Walsh reviewed the latest round of pulsating finals action in North Central Netball from last weekend and gave her predictions ahead of the action this weekend on tonight's Flow Friday Sports Show.  The most thrilling clash from last week involved the first and second-placed C Grade sides; Boort beat Nullawill by one goal. 

Ben Venning joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and previewed a big Grand Final Day in the Riverland Football League. Renmark and Barmera Monash will go head to head for the sixth time this year, after Renmark won their preliminary final over Waikerie last weekend to earn a place in the Grand Final.

Spud McKay joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped the first week of finals in the Northern Areas Footy Association, in which Broughton Mundoora continued rolling with a big elimination final win over Crystal Brook, and Orroroo punched their ticket to the Grand Final with a win over BMW.

Sarah Evans filled in for Courtney Trowbridge on the Flow Friday Sports Show to preview Grand Final Day in the Western Eyre Netball Association. Sarah recapped last weekend's preliminary final, previewed a massive Hawks vs Tigers A Grade Grand Final, and also ran through all the teams taking the court for Grand Final Day.

Kristy Turnbull joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and previewed Grand Final Day in the Eastern Eyre Netball Association. Kristy shared her tip for the A Grade Grand Final between Kimba Districts and Central Eyre United, and she shared all the teams which will be taking the court on Grand Final Day. 

Alex Stratford joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped a big Cummins Kapinnie victory in the first weekend of finals in the Great Flinders Netball Association. Alex also previewed tomorrow's final between last year's Grand Finalists, Tumby Bay and Elliston Districts.

Pat Brown joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped the first weekend of finals in the River Murray Netball Association, as the Mallee Storm recorded their third win over the Imperials for the season to book their Grand Final spot. The Southern Suns dominated Mannum to keep their season alive and set up a preliminary final against the Imps. 

Ken Piesse spoke with Dan Crouch on the Flow Sports Hour about his newest book 'Living the Dream', an autobiographical look back at his stunning 60-year career as a journalist covering cricket and football. Ken shared some of the experiences alongside Australian sporting royalty which have stuck with him, all of which are further detailed in 'Living the Dream'.

Courtney also previewed this weekend's games across the association, and discussed the upcoming presentation night.

Ouyen Kangas veteran Caitlin Vine said she was eager for Sunraysia Netball finals on this week's Flow Friday Sports Show as Ouyen continues to mount a tilt at the 2024 title.  Ouyen this week host South Mildura.
