The Great Flinders Netball Association returns with ANZAC Round this weekend, and following the week off Alex Stratford joined the Flow Friday Sports Show to preview all the exciting action.

Sally Bywater joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped a brilliant round 2 in KNT Netball, which featured three blowouts and two thrillers, decided by one and two goals respectively. Sally also gave an informative review of the ANZAC Day clash between Kybybolite and Naracoorte, which Kyby won by five goals.

Tim McCormack reported on the latest Picola & District Football league results and fixtures on this week's Flow Friday Sports Show.  The new correspondent emphasised the flattering nature of some results last weekend, hinting various sides are well below hitting their true potential this season. 

Lewis Roberts previewed huge year of Millewa football and netball on the Flow Friday Sports Show.  The Meringur star also honed in on the latest developments at his own club. 

Association President, Kylie Walsh, checked in to detail the fallout from the opening round of North Central Netball's A-Grade action on the Flow Friday Sports Show.  Walsh peddled plenty of enthusiasm for some of 2023's struggling outfits who appear to be vastly improved 12 months on. 

Flow's new Wimmera Netball correspondent, Riley Cocks, made her debut on the airwaves on this week's Flow Friday Sports Show program.  Cocks discussed the identity of her new club, the Southern Mallee Thunder, and how she sees the league playing out in 2024. 

Ouyen Kangas veteran Caitlin Vine discussed the opening round of Sunraysia Netball despite her own team not being involved due to copping their regular opening day bye round.  Vine also previewed the second week of the comp commencing this weekend, including her team's game against South Mildura.
