Lewis Roberts returned to the Flow FM airwaves this week to update listeners on what to look forward to in this weekend's Millewa footy matches. Roberts also went into detail about why his team's opponents last weekend, Cardross, were able to be so dominant against Meringur and which areas Meringur are hoping to improve on this weekend. 

Tim McCormack, Flow's new correspondent for Picola footy, discussed the latest action in the comp after another round of big margins and blowout scores.  McCormack also previewed the upcoming weekend of matches with some crunch games on the horizon. 

Wimmera News journalist, Chris Graetz, ran the rule over the latest news and views in Wimmera footy on this week's Flow Friday Sports Show.  Graetz indicated that it is his belief that some neutrals may be underestimating just how good the Southern Mallee Thunder may be in season 2024. 

Ouyen Kangas star, Caitlin Vine, discussed the latest news and views in Sunraysia Netball on Flow's Friday Sports Show. Vine told listeners where she believes the side fell short against arch nemesis Wentworth, who continue to set the pace in the league in 2024. 

Kristy Turnbull joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped last weekend's games in the Eastern Eyre Netball Association, as the Eastern Ranges continued rolling with a win over last year's runner up. Kristy also previewed their next test in this weekend's games, which comes against the reigning premiers.

Rylee Cocks appeared on the Flow Friday Sports Show to discuss another thrilling round of Wimmera netball. The Southern Mallee Thunder star also discussed the important initiative clubs are advocating for during this weekend's matches.

Sally Bywater joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped last week's action in the KNT Netball Association, which was full of one-sided affairs besides Keith's win over Lucindale by the narrowest of margins. Sally also previewed the quiet upcoming week in the association, with just two games to kick off a split round.

Pat Brown joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped last weekend's River Murray Netball Association Games, which were all decided by at least 16 goals. Pat previewed this weekend's games, headlined by a top of the table clash between The Ramblers and Imperials

Courtney Trowbridge joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and reviewed round 2 in the Western Eyre Netball Association, which saw Wirrulla and the Western United Tigers score wins. Courtney also discussed Thevenard's winless start to the season, and much more. 

Alex Stratford joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped a good slate of round 3 games before previewing round 4, which is headlined by a clash of the titans between Tumby Bay and Elliston Districts. Both clubs are undefeated so far in 2024 heading into this Grand Final rematch. 

Hume Netball correspondent Aimee Riley updated Flow listeners on a recent round of heart-stopping Riverina netball matches last weekend on this week's Friday Sports Show.  One of the hard-hitting questions aimed at Riley centred on whether a potential power-shift is on the horizon in the league. 

Kylie Walsh lifted the lid on the latest North Central netball action as high-flying Redbacks continue their A-Grade dominance.  Walsh, the association's President, also offered her commentary on the C-Reserves competition, where a number of young netballers continue to make giant strides with their development in 2024. 

Wayne the Flowman dissected the latest Millewa footy and netball action on the Flow Friday Sports Show in place of usual correspondent, Meringur's Lewis Roberts. This weekend's game of the round sees Werimull lock horns with Nangiloc.

Andrew Mitchell joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped the first round in the North Eastern Football League, which finally came and went last weekend. Andrew also looked forward to this weekend's games, including an early top of the table clash between North Clare and the BSR Tigers. 

Spud McKay joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped all the round 2 action in the Northern Areas Football Association, which saw Jamestown-Peterborough unable to get over the hump against Orroroo.

Ben Venning joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped round 2 in the Riverland Football League, in which Waikerie couldn't bounce back after a slow start against Renmark.

Courtney Trowbridge joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped last weekend's two blowouts in the Western Eyre Netball Association, as Wirrulla won their first game of the season and The Hawks recaptured their 2023 form.

Pat dubbed Mypolonga and the Mallee Storm's clash the best of the upcoming round 4 action, as both sides look to bounce back from a loss.

Newspaper reporter Chris Graetz put the latest Wimmera footy developments under the limelight on the Flow Friday Sports Show this week.  Graetz put the focus on last weekend's shock result when Dimboola failed to meet expectations from across the league.

McCormack intensely studied the fixtures he believes will be most captivating for audiences this weekend and whether we may see closer games in the league in future weeks. 

Caitlin Vine reviewed the latest Sunraysia netball action on the Flow Friday Sports Show. Vine pointed out where the Ouyen Kangas fell short against Mildura last weekend while updating listeners on where the Kangas must improve in order to compete against high-flying Wentworth this weekend.
