Lewis Roberts discussed another tough weekend in Millewa footy for his team and looks ahead to this weekend's matches on this week's Flow Friday Sports Show.  Roberts' team, Meringur, lock horns with Nangiloc. 

Rylee Cocks appeared on the Flow Friday Sports Show to digest the latest Wimmera Netball results as well as look ahead to tomorrow's fixtures.  Cocks provided her take on why it was that her side, the Southern Mallee Thunder, were defeated by Minyip-Murtoa last weekend. 

Pat Brown joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped round 6 in the River Murray Netball Association, which featured three blowouts and one thriller. Pat also previewed the round 7 action, in which she had one game circled as the clear match of the round.

Alex Stratford joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped all the round 5 action in the Great Flinders Netball Association as Elliston Districts, Cummins Kapinnie and the Ramblers all scored wins.

Courtney Trowbridge joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and reviewed the thrilling grand final rematch between the Hawks and Wirrulla, which the Hawks won by the slimmest of margins. 

Sally Bywater joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped the second half of the split round, which featured three more single-digit margins to add to the two close games from the first half of the round.

Kristy Turnbull joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped wins by Kimba Districts and Eastern Ranges in last weekends Eastern Eyre Netball Association action. Kristy also analyzed this weekend's games and discussed Ports' chances against Kimba. 

North Central Netball President, Kylie Walsh, talked all about the latest rep netball action on this week's Winter Sports Show. Walsh also informed listeners about how she sees the matches in Round 6 of the comp unfolding this weekend.

Aimee Riley, Flow's Hume Netball expert, told the Flow Friday Sports Show team she is excited by the scheduled grudge matches which will take place across the weekend in the Riverina.  The two games of the round neutral fans are anticipating? Henty will have their first major test of the season when they collide with high-flying Jindera, while Lockhart will do battle with Howlong. 

Speaking on the Flow Friday Sports Show, Caitlin Vine said she was eager to see Ouyen United sustain positive form run in Sunraysia Netball after last weekend's A-Grade triumph.  It was a huge weekend of upsets in the league as Ouyen took care of their own business in the town of Underbool. 

Tim McCormack told the Flow Friday Sports Show team he's confident his team can get runs on the board in Picola footy. Last week offered the closest matches we've seen so far this year in the comp and this weekend's games are likely to follow the same trend.

Aimee Riley filled in Flow listeners on latest Hume Netball developments including continued rise of Henty.  Meanwhile, Osborne and Jindera continue their strong starts in the league despite far stronger 2024 competition. 

Spud McKay joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped all the round 4 action in the Northern Areas Football Association. Jamestown-Peterborough almost caused an upset but fell short of their first victory of the season, and BMW defeated Orroroo in a tight Grand Final rematch. 

Andrew Mitchell joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped a one-sided round in the North-Eastern Football League ahead of this weekend's league-wide bye. Despite all games being blowouts, two of the four were tight at halftime before the eventual winner kicked away. 

Ben Venning joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped Waikerie's honourable loss in the Riverland Football League. Ben also reviewed Loxton's victory in the Proud Cup and shared some exciting milestone news ahead of round 5.

North Central Netball President, Kylie Walsh, talked all about the latest junior netball on this week's Winter Sports Show. Walsh also informed listeners about a significant incident which happened in last week's matches.

Courtney Trowbridge joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and previewed the upcoming round 5 action in the Western Eyre Netball Association following last weekend's league-wide bye. Courtney discussed the impacts of the week off, and how the clubs scheduled for back-to-back byes will cope with the extra week off.

Caitlin Vine appeared on the Flow Sports Show to discuss the latest Sunraysia Netball action.  The veteran Ouyen Kangas player commented on what appears to be another slow start for her club in season 2024.

Pat Brown joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped a chaotic round 5 in the River Murray Netball Association which included a top of the table clash, unexpected results and bigger margins than expected. Pat also looked ahead to this weekend's round 6 games.

Spud McKay joined the Flow Friday Sports Show and recapped round 3 in the Northern Areas Football Association. Spud is eager for a closer round 4 as each team plays their nearest neighbour on the ladder; the top two undefeated teams face off, as do the bottom two teams searching for their first win, and the two sides in the middle play off too. 

Andrew Mitchell recapped round 2 and previewed round 3 in the North Eastern Football League for the Flow Friday Sports Show. There were blowout everywhere... except in the thriller between BBH and South Clare. Six of eight teams in the league have an even 1-1 win-loss ledger after two rounds.
