I will be diving deep into the world of Postpartum Depression with the help of the medical professionals and loved ones who guided me along my journey. Postpartum Depression is much more than a diagnosis. This podcast will explore the depths of PPD to show it's weight & the several treatments that helped myself & other moms overcome PPD.
