Emily talks about what she learned at last year's Granite Games that has made her stronger going into this years semifinals. She graduated with her Masters degree last year and now has more free time to do some fun competitions in the offseason. She loves her dogs and loves to go walking in the hills of Idaho with them dragging her everystep of the uphill and downhill.

Ray talks about going to Montana, then to Maryland to start personal training. He ended up finding his Girlfriend trough CrossFit and they now coach together at CrossFit Bethesda. They love walking their dogs and doing outside activities. Next week Ray will send it at the Syndicate Crown.

We talk to Allison about her switch from living in Houston to now training and living in Georgia. Allison is so committed to training at Training Think Tank that her husband sold the affiliate and moved to Georgia as well.
