Alison has podiumed at Master's Fitness Collective, Legends and now has won Zelos Games and Wodapalooza in the 35-39 year old division. She is in a prime spot heading into the CrossFit Games Season and we want to learn more. We also talk about her early career in the Open Division, a torn Achillies and how she deals with anxiety and post partem depression.

The coverage of CrossFit Competitions has seemed to get stale, The same crew seems to be covering the sport and those that have been around for a long time get access not available to others in the space. This doesn't allow for innovation and promotes the same coverage and styles year after year.
