An interesting week -- attended a huge redfish restocking release, a resort restoration, and continued packing boxes. Also some fishing and boating tips.

Finally got back on the water and away from my packing duties. And -- it was tough! It seems we are rolling into spring which calls for much higher high tides.

Yes, springtime comes early in the Keys. The fish are biting and the tarpon are on the move. Lots of news in this edition, so tune in and thanks for listening.

Christmas is fast approaching. Time to get that shopping done. Also covered some of my favorite conservation groups and added some tips for winter fly fishing in the Keys.

The wind in the Keys finally let down and I had a great day on the water. Lots of fish, along with manatees, dolphins and migratory birds.

Finally got to see the amazing holiday light displays in the Key West Harbor area! Also some restaurant reports and stops along the Overseas Highway.

Took a trip to Everglades National Park and stayed a couple of nights at the new Flamingo Lodge. It was fantastic. There's a full report, as well as coverage of my local Key Largo fishing and news.

The title says it all. A small window with no wind opened up and I took advantage of it. It was good to be back on the water. Also, some music news, commentary and getting ready for Thanksgiving.

Yes, the wind is still blowing, but the weather in the Keys has been absolutely beautiful. Blue skies with lots of sunshine. This week - a restaurant tip, books and fishing with lures for yellowtail snapper.

This weeks title may be a bit misleading. What it really says is that a lot more talking about fishing is happening, instead of actually wetting a line.
